60 hours on ice (Southwood Arena Woodstock). 60 hours off ice (Prospects Paradise or outdoor training). Practice jersey and socks for on ice. T-shirt and shorts for Dryland. Multiple qualified instructors equals manageable group sizes. Goalie specific trainer available.
